Our work process
In order to create a pleasant & efficient collaboration in preparation for your celebration, we came up with a time-line to give you an idea about process in creating a concept and atmosphere for your wedding day.
01. CONSULTATION
Initial consultation in the studio or online: we will have a meeting to find out about ideas and wishes. Before this meeting we will send you a questionnaire.
02. MEETING
In this meeting we will talk about all the aspects of your wedding day. And ofcourse, the style you have in mind. Still don't have a clue which style you prefer? Don't worry, we have plenty of examples in our portfolio we can show you during our meeting.
03. INSPIRATION & PROPOSAL
After the meeting we will make a brief custom made proposal which includes the quotation and the concept, with lots of visuals to bring the ideas to life. Here we discuss the colors, style and the types of flowers that we are imagining, sharing many ideas and inspiration.
04. RESERVATION
When you decide you like to work with us, you can sign the quotation. The first draft of the concept & moodboard is the starting point for fine- tune & adjust your concept. We will send you the invoice for the deposit to pay, then your booking is confirmed.
05. ADJUSTING
When your booking is confirmed, we can start with adjusting the concept & quote until it is completely like your wishes. During our collaboration, we are always reachable for your questions. All to create the best experience for preparing for your special day. If we can assist you further, flower or no flower wise, please let us know, we will be happy to advise you.
06. THE BIG DAY!
When you have a first look at another location or at home, we make sure the bridal bouquet, boutonnieres and flowers for detail shots are delivered at that location.
We arrive at the venue and set the scene so that it is ready when the first guests arrive. We stay at the venue to decorate the reception, and after the ceremony we make sure to re-use the florals as much as possible at the dinner or party area.

We work in a personal way, and like to get to know you, your wishes and love to hear about your wedding day or wedding weekend. In this way we can assist you with our advice and ideas on how to accomplish this with the most beautiful and unique decorations & floral arrangements.
